“Basic but clean. Family room on fifth floor great view very noisy. Airconditioning slow but works. Dated furniture ugly walk-in impression. Free breakfast is just a quick eggs and bread. Not worth the expensive price. Location is good”

“Noisy rooms = bad sleeping experience. The hotel was ALMOST perfect except for the nosiy room: you can hear the city all night, which includes traffic and even people fighting at night. Sleep hygiene is EXTREMELY important to me, so I will never stay in this hotel again. If you don't mind the noise, this hotel is perfect when you are on a budget.”

“If you want to be down town Medellin, this is the place. It is very close to the stadium. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was a very nice meal of eggs, bread, crackers and jam, fruit, fruit juice, chocolate milk, coffee. Rooms were very simple. Beds were not bad, but weren't great. Beds come with sheets and a blanket if needed. Rooms were clean and had AC. One of our beds was missing a top sheet. It was very noisy from the traffic. There was a motion light outside in the hall that kept tuning on and off. We were so tired, it didn't matter, but felt it was worth mentioning. There is a parking garage and they will fit your car in somehow. It can get packed. The parking garage is free.”

“Located on an easily accessible street. Clean rooms, good service and helpful staff. Staff go out of their way to serve the customer well despite language barrier. Few staff speak fluent English as all staff speak Spanish. But they are quick to use Google translator to ensure the customer is well served. If visiting be careful to carry enough of the local currency (Colombian Pesos) as the American dollar is a no go zone. However there are”

“This appears to have been high end, perhaps apartments or a hotel. The location is in a buisy area on a very busy street. There were some things like water damage in the room, broken blinds, and a broken window frame that let a lot of road noise in. There is a kitchenett with no refrigerator, dishes, pans or utensils. Why stay here? We feel safe with the 24 hour reception, and locked parking garage. It is time for some maintenance and upgrades, its still a real nice building, just needs a little TLC.”
